We have been delighted to get some positive feedback about the Forum in the Shoreham bar this afternoon.  This was definitely a more congenial exercise than struggling back from the Solent in today's lumpy conditions.  We hope all are now safely moored.

There are still people out there who have not yet seen the site (although we received our first registration from Fecamp this morning!) so if you like this effort, please proseletyse.  It's legal now!

We need some notice board publicity Robin. A cleaver chap like you could come up with a poster to put on the notice board in the club lobby perhaps??  :wink:

Hello all,

Great idea to have a Forum, just need to get the word out.

Might be good to have a section called 'Reports'

People could post stories about trips they have done, races and their experiences of marinas, etc.

Just makes good reading and quite often gets discusions going.

Welcome to the new SYC Forum.

We've been up and running for a couple of weeks now and it is good to see how many members have joined already and the suggestions for new Forums.

If you think an idea 'has legs', you can always set it away yourself by clicking "New Topic" and banging it off.  If it attracts interest. Admin can presumably promote it a level subsequently.

As this discussion is new, the structure is not yet set in stone!
