crew required

I am new to SYC and want to build a crew for a recently purchased blue water cruiser called "dances with waves".Its a lovely westerly oceanranger 38 footer.
Here are my plans:
July/August 2007 - complete a few local trips to get used to boat
Sept- Feb - complete fitout for ocean sailing
Feb-August 2008 - complete some French crossings with SYC - Great Escape etc, etc
Sept 2008 sail to Gran Canaria
November 2008 ARC Crossing
