Title: Goodbye to an old friend
Post by: Steve Vyse on July 07, 2008, 02:50:42 PM
Just had some very sad news about my old boat Juvenile Delinquent sinking at the nationals in Weymouth. We had her on  her side many times but she always came back up.

Hi Steve,
Sorry to learn your news re J.D.One of the best foredecks I have ever had was Dave Neate.I lost him when he fell for J.D`s charms.A loss for me but many hours of great sailing for him.
In Sailing,David.

Amazing news just in from Weymouth. They have located and recovered Juvenile Delinquent after a week on the bottom. Apparently her windex is bent, she needs a new rudder but other than that this tough old bird is ready to go again! Hurrrah!
