CAKS AGM 25th October

Our Meeting took place.It does seem to an old codger like me that information in gizmo format makes for more confusion.All were informed of the date in many ways-by E mail from me and "In the Wind" to name but two.It was a shame that two conflicting dates were in our fixture card.A case of too many cooks but I must take the blame and I apologize to those who were confused.
The Committee are the same with two valuable additions.Di Saunders has taken over as Rally Secretary with Alan "doing the French bits".Sarah Hammerton is to be our Trophy Secretary.
The Bulldog Trophy, which is awarded to unsung heros,was given to Barbara Runnells for her work as Administrator on this Site.
A lively and mainly constructive Open Forum followed the Meeting.Points were raised which will have thought and attention applied.
Look out for the date of next years AGM which is to be brought forward to allow input to the Fixture Card before printing deadlines.
